Payment & Booking
To secure your booking, full payment must be made within seven (7) days of booking confirmation.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be cancelled.
A minimum four-night stay applies to Cocos Cottages and Cocos Grove House only.

Cancellations
90 Days or more prior to arrival:
Full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee
60–89 Days prior to arrival:
100% transferable (non-refundable)
30 Days or less prior to arrival:
No refund and not transferable
No refunds will be given for events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) non-arrival, unused nights, itinerary changes, airline disruptions, or weather-related disruptions.
Any booking credit issued is valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.
Credits not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
Additional Information
Due to our remote location, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive domestic travel insurance prior to arrival. We look forward to welcoming you on arrival at the airport.
House Rules

Strictly smoke-free and no open flames, including candles, cigarettes, incense, mosquito coils, etc., anywhere inside or outside the property

Heavily soiled contractor or work clothing must not be washed in the washing machine

Guests using fake tan are requested to bring their own linen
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional cleaning charges or cancellation of the booking without refund.
